Installed in approximately 20-30 minutes, the Rottweiler Performance Power Plate will not only protect your entire intake system with 100% oil filtration, but it will also simultaneously allow your motorcycle to breathe virtually dust-free, keeping your healthy engine.
Tool-free 5052 powder-coated aluminum construction makes changing pre-filters easy at the side of the road in just minutes. You can pre-oil and store up to 4 pre-filters per side module with room for rubber gloves!
Rottweiler Performance even race-tested this part during the 5-day Sonora Rally on a 790 Adventure racing motorcycle, changing the pre-filter just once per day. The intake system remained flawless from start to finish using the original paper filter.
The kit is supplied with a foam insert of density 40/65 (Red/Yellow).
- Red/yellow 40/65 PPI (Double layer): ideal in very dusty conditions. This double-layer element has two stages of filtration.

MAINTENANCE :
The Rottweiler Performance Power Plate has been tested with great success in thorough rally testing. See the attached video. We recommend changing the Power Plate filter once a day, during your road trips, for a clean interior air box. If fine particles are detected, try a different density filter, a different brand of filter oil, or change it more often. Power Plate filters are not oiled so you can use the foam filter oil of your choice.
MAPPING :
The Adventure 790/890 Power Plate does not require reprogramming to operate safely. The motorcycle's ECU will compensate for small changes in air flow within safe limits.
