OptiMate 6 Select (version 2) is the ultimate 12V battery charger that can save, charge, test and maintain any type of 12V battery – Pb (lead-acid), AGM and lithium LFP.

 

Three battery modes ensure any vehicle starter or auxiliary battery receives the correct charge voltage & method:
Pb – 14.4V for STD lead-acid (flooded / EFB / GEL),
AGM – 14.7V for premium AGM batteries
LFP – 14.3V for Lithium made from LiFePO4
– Mode selection remains in memory even if AC power is lost.

 

Service mode provides constant battery support, ideal for vehicle tuning, diagnostics and troubleshooting or showroom use.

 

Once connected the fully automatic multi-step program brings the battery safely to full charge – Connect to the battery and OptiMate 6 Select does the rest, no supervision required!

 

OptiMate SAVE mode unique by mode / battery type, safely* and automatically recovers a dead-flat battery from as low as 0.5 Volts.
*Pb & AGM – applies vehicle-safe recovery mode if battery is sensed in vehicle.
*LFP – Tests battery to ensure cells are recovering normally, if not, stops charging to avoid damaged battery from overheating.

 

Lithium batteries with smart discharge protection that turns off battery when voltage is too low, can be reset manually – with LFP selected, press pushbutton for 3 seconds to activate BMS reset mode!

 

Battery test during charging senses a damaged battery and after charging indicates how well the battery holds charge.
